William Arthur Zerwer

William Arthur Zerwer, age 94, of Arlington, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. In Arlington, Texas surrounded by his family. William Arthur Zerwer was born on Saturday July 26, 1930 in Arlington, Texas to William Henry Zerwer and Christean Zerwer.

William was raised in Arlington, Texas and served in the Korean War for two years. He married Geraldine in 1950 and the couple had two children together. He worked for General Dynamics (Lockheed) for more than 27 years. He also worked in excavation for many years.

His family will always remember him as a Loving husband and father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a hard worker, very loyal and faithful and always willing to help others.

He is preceded in death by His parents, William and Christean Zerwer, brother; Robert Zerwer, and Grandson; Trey Henderson.

William is survived by his wife; Geraldine, daughters Vickie Zerwer and Barbara Henderson (and family) as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Lutean Putman and nieces and nephews.

He was the best Husband, father, and Papaw there ever was. Papaw we love and miss you. You will be in our hearts forever.
