Wilma Florida Osborn Payne, was born on October 31, 1916 to Mamye Wilson Osborn and Fred Osborn in Jefferson County, IL. She married Richard Bond Payne on April 24, 1937. She spent most of her life as a
homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and traveling.
She is survived by her children Fred Payne and Janis Lund, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
