I worked with Wrennie in the late seventies and kept in contact with him for a few years after we both left Owens Corning. A few years ago I started looking for him to recapture that great friendship we once had. With no success I started to check obituaries. A few days ago I found his obituary and was saddened to read he has passed. I remember the times of laughter and fun we had and I especially remember the great times we had playing golf together. I deeply regret I didn't reconnect with years ago. God bless Wrennie and his family.

I was privileged to know Wrennie through work, and I fortunately got to know him even better after we departed the company. He was truly one of the "good guys". I always felt better after talking with Wrennie, and I think that says a lot about him and his attitude towards life. He did love his golf and sports, but clearly most of all he loved his family. I miss him very much. My condolences to you all.

We just heard the news at Oxea.  I had the privilige of working with Wrennie years ago at Celanese in Dallas.  He was always such a happy, positive person.  I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  Prayers to the family for your loss.

I am saddened to hear the news about Wrennie.  He was one of the kindest and best people that I have ever worked with and for.  I learned a tremendous amount from him, especially on how to always treat people with honor and respect.  We had some good times together!  I have never seen anybody make a birdie like you (yes he knocked a bird out of the sky in mid flight!).  R.I.P. my friend!  Condolensences go Aubrie, Alicia and Wrennie III and the entire family.

To the Love family, I just heard about Wrennie's transition and my heart is sad.  I pray God will comfort each of you and allow you to experience the true meaning of peace.  When I think of Wrennie, I smile when I think about interacting with Wrennie while working at Celanese, having brunch with you all at Thorntree on a Father's Day, seeing the earrings he purchased for Alicia. I imagine in my mind Wrennie was greeted with the words, Well done, my good and faithful servant.

Dear Aubrey and family, I wish that I had better known the man you called husband and father. My prayers are with you all, petitioning our faithful Father for peace and comfort as you meet the challenge of this loss.

For some time, I had the privilege of working with Wrennie at Lhoist.  I discovered a man of rare talent and deeper integrity. He worked hard to create a professional organization while at the same time making each individual know that he was important. I shall miss him.

My prayers are with the family. Wrennie was a good person. We had a lot of fun times a youngster playing baseball for Scout and Mt. Vernon. Those were good old days. I will always remember him, behind the plate or in the outfield.

Wrennie was a true gentleman and a professional.  It is great to know that he is swinging his golf clubs sweetly again, freed of the physical ailments that afflicted him the past few years.  We will keep his family and him in our prayers.

Wrennie was a wonderful, kind, and funny guy.  He was always a gentleman, and we are so fortunate to have known him.  He will be greatly missed.

We were neighbors and friends of Wrennie and Aubrey for five years in Mansfield. Wrennie always had a smile on his face and joy in his heart. Our Wednesday night dinners were always a pleasure and Wrennie was always the life of the party. Our sincere and heartfelt sympathy and prayers to Aubrey, Wrennie III, and Alicia.
