

Lewiston - Aldea M. Breton, 78 of Poland, currently residing at Clover Living Center, Auburn, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, December 7. She was born in Lewiston, June 14, 1933 daughter of the late Arthur and Germaine Bisson Frechette. She was educated in Lewiston schools and was married to Stephane Breton who predeceased her in 1974.
She enjoyed bowling, coffee with friends, french music, bingo, but, most importantly, the joy of her life was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters, Elaine Breton-Thibodeau and husband Peter of Poland and Ann Turgeon and husband Bob of Minot; two sons, Gerard Breton and wife Rose of Milan, Italy and Claude Breton of the Philippines; 6 grandchildren, Elijah Breton, Nikki and Michael Griffin, Jaime and Nicholas Berube, Nancy and Derek Breton, Stephane Breton; 3 great-grandchildren, Lydia and Gabriel Berube, and Nevaeh Breton; a sister, Yolande Godin and husband Ted of Florida; three brothers, Andre Frechette and wife Barbara of Litchfield, Germain "Chuck" Frechette and David Frechette both of Lewiston,and many relatives in Canada. She was predeased by siblings Jeanne D'Arc Caron, Theresa Landry, and Bert Frechette.
