Chester Thomas Harris

Before retirement, Chester worked at International Paper as a paper inspector. He and his wife, Nancy Harris, were both founding members of Turner Rescue. Chester also served on the Turner Volunteer Fire Department.

In his free time, he deeply enjoyed time spent outdoors with family, camping and fishing or playing horseshoes.

Chester is survived by his children, Scott Harris of Seattle, Washington and Cary Danforth of Gainesville, Florida. As well as his grandsons, Nick and Jake Danforth.

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Nancy Harris and his son, Mark Harris.

Chester's visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th from 12-1:00PM at The Fortin & Pinette Group, 305 Alfred A Plourde Parkway, Lewiston. His service will begin immediately after.
