

Auburn - Donald Howard Pelletier 72, of Auburn died Wednesday August 24 at Androscoggin Home and Hospice House with his family by his side. Born in Lewiston March 20, 1944 a son of the late Jeremie & Lucille Girardin Pelletier. Mr. Pelletier was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish at Sacred Heart Church, attended Edward Little High School and worked as a carpenter for H.E. Callahan. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great grandfather to all of his family members. He enjoyed working with hands and hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years the former Judy Turner of Auburn whom he married April 24th 1964, his children, Mary Ann Chabot and husband Lucien Chabot of So. Paris, John Pelletier and wife Silvia of Texas, Debbie Pelletier of N.Y., 4 grandchildren, Melanie, Christina, Lucien Chabot, and Isabella Pelletier, great-grandchildren, Carter Martin, Shaylee, Nevaeh, and Jonathan Ethridge, sisters and brothers Connie Michaud, Frances Levesque, Carmen Lemay, Sandy and Rene Camires, Danny, Mike, Claude and Andy Pelletier, his sister-in-law Elizabeth and husband Charlie Bean. He was also predeceased by his son Ronald Pelletier. The family wishes to thank Clover and Hospice house for the loving care they showed to Donald and his family in his last days of his life.
