Julien Ovila Leblanc Jr. was born on January 23, 1943, in Lewiston, Maine. He passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 82. Julien resided in Auburn, Maine.
He will be laid to rest at St. Peter's Cemetery, located on Deer Rd. in Lewiston During a private service.
