Leo Attended Holy Family and St. Dominic's High School and transferred to The Brothers of the Sacred Heart. Leo completed his undergraduate work at St. Michael's College and later obtained a Master's Degree in French from the University of Maine. Leo taught high school biology and later computer science at Dirigo High School.
In his retirement, Leo spent time playing the tenor saxophone in several community bands, driving for Meals on Wheels, riding his Honda Gold Wing around New England, making jigsaw puzzles with Maureen, and spending time with his family. Leo was married to Maureen Poulin on July 24, 1971. They raised two children in their forever home in Dixfield.
Leo is survived by his wife, Maureen; son Scott and wife Elaine Houle and their children Amber and Owen; his daughter Michelle Lucca and her sons Evan, Tyler and Carter; his sister Pauline and husband Paul Fournier and sister Rita and husband Phil Faudi.
