Michael Dearborn

He was born on September 10th, 1951 in Lewiston, Maine to the late Fred and Dorothy (Conant) Dearborn. Mike lived a prosperous life being married for 50 years to his lovely bride Cathy (Marquis).

Mike was a hard working man, starting at 7 years of age picking blueberries. He worked several jobs through his time on earth including Decoster Egg, Clark Shoe, Discount Warehouse to name a few. He finished his work as a machinist with Elmet Technologies, where he worked for 30 years before retiring. He had recently been working part time as a driver at Lee Auto Group.

Mike enjoyed watching his children grow up to adulthood supporting all their endeavors to the fullest. He loved playing golf in his golf league on Wednesdays, and his fondest golf memory of late was playing golf with his oldest son and his grandson. He was an avid New England sports fan, and rooted his teams on when he could.

Mike is predeceased in death by his parents Fred and Dorothy, and brother Lawrence Stevens. He is survived by his wife Catherine (Marquis) of Turner, Brother Walter (Jen) Stevens of Greene, ME, Sister Sue (Eric) O’Connor of Wales, ME, Sons Brady (Mandy) of Woodbine, GA and Casey of Turner, ME. He also had 5 grandchildren he adored very much- Abby, Shayla, Blake, Lena and Liam.

Mike was always a very loving and kind person and would bend over backwards to help anyone. He will be missed by many people but is thriving with the Lord in Heaven.

A Memorial Service honoring Michael's life will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Auburn. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 9:00 AM till the time of the service at The Fortin & Pinette Group, 217 Turner Street in Auburn, 783-8545.
