Normand L. Lacroix Sr.

Normand L. Lacroix Sr. 85 of Greene, died Wednesday July 30, at Clover Health Care. He was born in Biddeford, ME on June 19, 1929 a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Grenier) Lacroix. Norm was educated in local schools and then went on to proudly serve his country in the US Air Force. He worked for many years as a pipe fitter for the Local Union 783. Norm married the love of his life Irene (Beaudette) on February 7, 1953. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Norm is survived by his wife of 61 years Irene Lacroix of greene, his five children: Normand Lacroix Jr. and his wife Cheryl of W. Gardiner, Bruce Lacroix of Oregon, Brian Lacroix of Buckfield, Gail Lacroix of Brunswick and Greg Lacroix and his wife Kelly of Greene, a sister Simone Goulette of Old Orchard Beach, eight grandchildren: Desiree, Ryan, Aaron, Ashley, April, Nathan Krista and Spencer, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Fortin Auburn Sunday 8/3/14 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday 8/4/14 at 11 AM at Sacred Heart Church.
