He was born in Ashland, February 9, 1923 son of the late Roy Wallace Munson and Louise Rose. He was educated in Masardis schools and proudly served his country in the U. S. Army during World War II. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a boiler operator at Bates College in Lewiston.
He is survived by a niece, Catherine Calixto of Richland, Washington.
Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, August 8, at 12 noon at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta, Maine.
