He was born in Lewiston, Maine on March 31, 1932 the son of the late Charles and Irene (Bergeron) Ouellette.

Funeral Services honoring Roger's life will be celebrated on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM at The Fortin & Pinette Group in Auburn. Committal Services will then follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
