My condolences to Roland’s family. He was a very dear cousin to me and I remember so well when I was just a very little girl, he was 8 years older than me and I had such a crush on him. He gave me a ring to keep and I was so thrilled! He was such a sweet and thoughtful person. As an adult, I ended up moving out of state but am so thankful I got to see him during a Belanger cousin reunion last year. Praying that you’ll find comfort in your memories of him.

The Leonas family sends our deepest sympathies to Roland's family. I will always remember meeting Roland and Lucille in the Portland Jetport many years ago as everyone returned from a taxicab convention. That smile! Always that smile! Many years later, I was blessed to work side-by-side with both as they joined our team. We can all easily state how fabulous it was to work together. Roland shared so many stories of back in the day that entertained us all for hours! Most of the time, we'd be laughing for days later. This photo was taken on April 29th, 1970, at Ss. Peter and Paul. To a fabulous and supportive gentleman: Rest in peace, Roland. All our love.

To the Belanger Family: My deepest sympathy to all related to Roland. He was a loving father, couldn't separate him from his grandsons and for his brothers. What a faithful son. He cared for his mother and father to their very end. You all loved him most deeply as he loved you! You supported with tender loving care to the very end! May God's love stand by you, support you, hold you in your time of grieving a love one. I too love you all and loved Roland. Tante Lorraine
