Born September 25th, 1959, Ronald Howard Woodward, a son to Howard and Thelma (Whitting) Woodward. Ron grew up helping his father tend to the family farm of chickens and cows, as well as maintain the house and barn. He spent his teenage years developing a love and fascination with all things engine and motor related, which lead him to enter demolition derbies and later that turned him into a self-made mechanic.
In his adult life he spent his remaining years working out of his own garage as well as working alongside his father at Wallingford Fruit House and Orchard. Ron also very much enjoyed being outdoors doing things such as fishing, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling, especially if it meant his kids were able to enjoy it with him. He was also a very dedicated and passionate NASCAR fan, and loved all things Dale Earnhardt.
Ron was a loving and accepting father and grandfather, he was a loyal and dependable friend and would go out of his way to help someone in need. He has forever left an impression on those who were a part of his life. He will be loved and missed dearly by all the lives he was able to touch.
Ron is survived by his life partner, Angela Booker, his five children, Ronald Spellman, Angela Lynn, Amber Woodward, Nicole Brule, Jake Woodward and his partner Holly Conlon, as well as adopted daughter, Becki Boynton, by his sister, Vella Tidsdale, his brother, Mike Small, his niece, Amy Flanagan, his nephew, Curtis Small, and his 11 grandchildren, Taylor, Savannah, Damien, Owen, Annabel, Oakley, Kolbe, Maddilyn, Katianna, Addison and Caroline.
Ron is predeceased by his parents, Howard and Thelma Woodward, his brother, Peter Wallingford, and one niece, Frances Flanagan.
