Lisbon Falls – Suzanne Doris Turcotte, 69, of Lisbon Falls passed away on March 3, 2024 with her husband by her side. She was born in Lewiston ME on June 19, 1955 the daughter of Ivan Joseph and Elsa (Beaudoin) Chicoine. She attended and graduated from Lewiston High School.
Once graduating from LHS she married the love of her life Pierre Turcotte on June 30, 1973 and together they raised their family of 2 sons. Sue started her working career at the Bates Mill working the line for a short time before going to work at LL Bean in the warehouse. While there, Sue held many positions with them and loved the people she worked with. In her spare time she obtained her Apprentice Electrician license so she could work with Pierre at his electric business.
Sue loved dogs and opened a dog agility training facility at her home. She was an avid and passionate lover of dogs and working with them. She was a full blown Bruins fan attending many of the games and watching them on television. During the camping season she could very often be found at the campground in Oquossoc, ME. While on these trips with both her husband and family she would spend time boating or fishing the region. When she wasn’t camping she could be found traveling the eastern coast visiting amusement parks and exploring new areas.
