Theresa Bouchard

LEWISTON: Theresa Bouchard, 69, of Greene, passed away Wednesday afternoon at CMMC. She was born in Fort Kent, ME on September 9, 1944 a daughter of the late Zion and Irena (Ballinger) Guimond, Sr. She grew up in the Fort Kent area and was a graduate of Fort Fairfield High School, class of 1964. After school, she moved to Connecticut and she met and married Reginald Bouchard. They started a family together. While their children were young, Theresa stayed home and tended to the raising of them. When they were grown, she went to work as a cafeteria server for ten years at Lindon St. School in Connecticut before returning to Maine in 1995. She will always be remembered for her joy of crocheting and making Christmas stockings for the family. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Reginald of Greene, her children; David Bouchard of North Carolina, Brian Bouchard and his wife Jennifer of CT., and Karen Bouchard of Greene. She also leaves behind her siblings; Delores Holmes, Rita Oaks, Donald Guimond and his wife Nancy, Emile Guimond and his wife Joanne, Zion Guimond, Jr. and his wife Chris and Doris Hershey and her husband Lloyd as well as her grandchildren Amber Lynn, Derek and Nicolas Bouchard, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. FUNERAL NOTICE:

BOUCHARD---Theresa, 69, of Greene, died April 2, 2014 at CMMC. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday April 5, 2014 from 8-10am at the funeral home in Auburn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am at Holy Family Church in Lewiston also on Saturday April 5, 2014. A committal service will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewiston.
