My mother’s good friend. Always remembered her smiling and the love she had for her family.

Mawmaw was such a strong and kind person that loved, and was loved by so many people. She will be deeply missed by her family and the many lives that she brightened just by being herself. I can never thank her enough for being such an empowering figure in our family.

Mom taught us the most important thing of all. How to love her, ourselves, and each other. I’ll miss our little visits and talking to her on the phone.

Mawmawl was beautiful, inside and out. I always imagine her laughing when I think of her. She was kind, loyal, intelligent, and stubborn as hell! She loved animals, and taught me to sew and cross-stitch. I still remember her helping me sew by hand a butterfly purse when I was little. We all loved her very much, and all have good memories to hold on to. ❤️
