Alex Christopher Aguilar

Alex Christopher Aguilar, age 38, was born December 4, 1987, in Bakersfield, California, and passed away on June 8, 2026. With heavy hearts, the family announces that Alex was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His sudden passing has left family and friends in deep sadness and disbelief.

Alex was the youngest child of his proud parents, Guadalupe “Lupe” Aguilar and Alfredo Castro Aguilar Jr. He is survived by his beloved children: daughters Nevaeh Gonzalez, Audrianna “Gorda” Aguilar, Alexis Aguilar, and son Damian Aguilar. He also leaves behind his former wife, Adrianna M. Aguilar, and his first grandson, Malachi Martinez.

Alex is also survived by his siblings: Angelina Cristina Munoz, Anthony Carlos Aguilar, Alfredo “Fred” Castro Aguilar lll, Yvette Aguilar Iniguez, Alisha Amber Tellez, Tiffany Torres Tellez, Dominic Aguilar, and Xavier Jacob Garcia. As well as many nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Alex will be remembered for his funny sense of humor and the light he brought into everyday moments. He had a remarkable way of drawing smiles from those around him, creating treasurable memories, and helping others feel the warmth of laughter even in life’s ordinary hours. He will be greatly missed.

A Funeral Service will be held at Victory Outreach Bakersfield Campus, 912 New Stine Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93309, on July 9, 2026, at 11:30 am. A Graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306, on July 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
