One of God’s favorite daughters, Beverly Merle Brown, age 81, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025, in Eagle, ID. She was born on February 18, 1943, in Redding, CA, to Murle Wayne Hink and Eleanor Mae Fickle. Beverly lived most of her life in Bakersfield, CA, where she attended East Bakersfield High School. In her 50s, she moved to Visalia, CA, and around the age of 70, she relocated to Meridian, ID.
Beverly was deeply loved by her family and friends, and her life was defined by selfless service to others. She was equally blessed by the love and care she received in her later years, as her health declined. Beverly had a deep affection for animals, especially dogs and birds, and she had a remarkable ability to bring joy and laughter to those around her. Her sense of humor was contagious, and she had a unique gift for making everyone feel loved and valued. No one was ever off limits for one of her heartfelt hugs.
A devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Beverly had a deep love for her Father in Heaven and His son Jesus Christ, which she demonstrated through her daily life and relationships with others.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lary Oliver Brown, and her daughter, Paige Annette, sister Barbara Miller. She is survived by her children: Blake (Lisa), Rhett (Julie), Bart (Nicole), and Liz (Ben); along with 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
