Collin was born on May 30, 1994. He is survived by his parents, David Alvarado and Erin McHenry, his sisters, Aleena Alvarado and Harleigh McHenry, his brother Anthony Alvarado, and his son, Issaiah Alvarado.
Collin was born in Bakersfield, California. He was very active and loved playing sports. He played soccer when he was little and baseball and football as he got older. In high school he played football and wrestled. He excelled in wrestling and achieved an Athletic Letter Award his freshman year at Liberty High School.
Collin was strong and tough but kind and loving. He was caring with such a loving and gentle soul and a forgiving heart. He enjoyed doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing. He was an amateur boxer and participated in multiple events where he won several awards and medals.
Collin was well known for his beautiful smile with deep, unforgettable dimples. His most notable accomplishment was his son, Issaiah, whom he was most proud of. He felt blessed that God chose him to be Issaiah’s father.
Collin was the sweetest little boy and was so proud to be a big brother when his sister, Aleena, came along. They shared a special bond that will never be forgotten. As he got older he was passionate about boxing and his family loved watching him compete. In his spare time he enjoyed taking Issaiah to the beach.
