Concepcion Felix Berrelleza, son of Fabian Felix Parra and Celia Medina Berrelleza, entered into life on December 10, 1963 in Mexico and passed away on February 8, 2025 in Bakersfield, California, at the age of 61. Concepcion left an incredible impact on all those around him and he will be truly missed. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Yolanda Rodriguez Felix.
