I remember Dr Loos fondly. I was an RN in Bakersfield and had the privilege of working with him. His gentle, loving way with his patients was a treasure to behold
Love to his family 🙏🏼💫

Dr. Loos was such a sweet man. He was so calm and down to earth. We have all been touched and blessed by an angel by knowing him. How lucky we were. His professionalism mixed with his compassion made going through some difficult medical issues a lot less stressful.

This month was specially a very heart breaking to me loosing a dear person in my life. The Doctor Loos who served others in all his life with kindness and compassion. Dr. & Mrs Loos was like a second parents to me. Moreover, their children are like a sisters and brothers to me since 1960 after I came in exile. Because of Doctor Loos and team of physicians I am walking today to this day. I was then just a little 9 years old refugee boy from Tibet. Dr. Loos and his team did a surgery on my injuries while escaping from Tibet and saved my life. And after my recovery, I was again taken in with their family, got love and care like one of their own son for several years. Years later, we were separated and after searching for many years, we were reunited in 2012 again in Bakersfield,CA and since then we kept in touch with each other.
Shockingly Yesterday, when Doctor Loos’s younger son Randy called me news of dad passing away, although I knew he was in the hospital, I was heart broken to hear he passed away and only I can do was sob. I know we all must leave one day but I wished they were given few more years with us! My deepest condolences to bro Rick, Randy, Sis Jane, Carole, Lisa and grandchildren and to all who loved him! I know with his kind and compassionate work all his life, he is already in a better place that for sure! I will miss him and will live in my heart always!
May God bless him and guide him through his journey.

I honestly believed I had died and gone to heaven when I started working for
Dr Loos. A true angel on earth...
I refer to him every time my husband tells me "it hurts when I do this" I always say... and what does Dr Loos say "then dont' do it" ... I learned so much and am honored to have worked for such a fine gentleman. RIP Sir..
