Dorothy Fay Riddle our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend went to be with her heavenly father and loving husband on Sunday, February 8, 2015. Dorothy was born March 16, 1944 to Marion and Mary Wood in Shafter, California.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Riddle, sisters Vernie, Martha, Ordris, Wanda, and brothers Dewy, Bill, and Marvin. She leaves behind her two siblings Betty Lightfield and Jonah Wood, her three children Teresa Copeland, Carl Riddle, and William Riddle, her five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Dorthy enjoyed putting on a beautiful outfit, having her hair and make-up done, and going to the Rasmussen Center to dance the day away with her friends she cherished most each day. She had a smile that could light up the room when in the company of her grandchildren. She was a profound and loving grandmother, always carrying pictures of her little ones to show the world just how proud she was. In a bittersweet moment another angel has found her wings. She will be greatly missed and the memories of her love will be cherished forever.
