She married Frank Madrid in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1943. Together they had 3 children Frank Jr, Johnny & Emily. In the 1950’s they moved to California and settled in Bakersfield CA.
Esther worked for over 40 yrs at Mexicali Restaurants and likes it to be known that the long traditional skirt uniforms were a trend started by her. She enjoyed taking care of her home, her plants & loved her word search puzzles. She leaves behind her daughter Emily, grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren.
Proceeded in death by her husband & both sons.
Our mother and nana will be greatly missed, she will live in our hearts forever.
