Hugh Allen Mouser, age 87, of Bakersfield, California passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023.
A funeral service for Hugh will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306, followed by a reception from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
