Isabel was born in Chihuahua Mexico on September 09, 1935. He later came to United States where he built a life centered around hard work, family, friends and love. He proudly became a United States citizen and was a dedicated field worker for many years.
He was father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his son Isabel Ruiz Jr (Carmen); daughter Rita Longoria (Israel); daughter Alma Toffer; son Alex Alva and son Robert Menchaca.
He leaves behind five grandchildren: Ian Longoria (Andrea); Liani Longoria; Clemente Ruiz (Tanya); Emily and Lea Ruiz-Alva; and two great-grandchildren, Dean and Olive Longoria.
He will be remembered for the life he built, the sacrifices he made for his family and the love he shared with those around him. His passing leaves a great sadness, but his memory and the legacy he created through his family will live for generations. May he rest peacefully. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest and Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, Ca 93306 on October 15, 2026 from 5:00 pm - 8:30pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest and Hillcrest Memorial Park 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, Ca 93306 on October 16, 2026 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
