Jessie Anna Leming

Jessie Anna Leming(Cox) born to Anna and Glenn Cox(deceased) in Calistoga, California on March 31, 1937. She passed peacefully in her sleep June 26, 2025 into Jesus Christ’s loving arms. Loving wife to Jim Leming for 46 years, Jim predeceased her in 2001 and she continued to live in her own home until April 2025. Devoted and loving mother to Anita Hatzman(Leming) and Carolyn Philpott(Leming) Bill Hatzman and Mike Philpott . Her older brother, George pre deceased her, Jessie was the middle child and she is survived by her younger sister Barbara with Barbara’s husband,Robert Shepherd. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, who she loved so very much plus a plethora of nieces, nephews, extended family and Jim’s longtime friend, Tommy.

A visitation for Jessie will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306. A funeral service will occur Monday, July 21, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
