I was so sorry to hear that Dr. Brazill has passed away. He was a wonderful doctor and provided excellent care for me for over fifteen years. I will miss his down-to-earth manner and his professionalism. Sending condolences to the family.

Dr Brazil and family: Dr was truly an understanding and patient Dr with his patients and became family with many for the years we’ve  visited him. 
I was a 24 yr patient where I seen his practice grow from a small office to his surgery center which he loved and was proud of. 
Although he  is gone from our lives and our care giver his love, care, patience and calming nature will continue to live on through many of us. I am thankful for the time I was given to know him and his helping kindness will go on for a very long time, as long as the memory lives on so will he. RIP my dear Dr and friend.

When I think back on my time working with Dr. Brazill, I realize how deeply he shaped my understanding of compassion and dedication in patient care. Fresh out of school, I didn’t fully grasp the kind of physician he was. He was stern, focused, and demanded excellence, qualities that at the time could feel intimidating. But looking back now, I see how those traits were rooted in something extraordinary: a relentless commitment to his patients.

Dr. Brazill fought for people who were suffering. He took the time to truly know each patient who came through his doors and made it his mission to ensure they were heard, cared for, and treated with dignity. I’ll never forget how fiercely he went to bat for his patients in workers’ compensation cases. He was their advocate in every sense of the word. I used to feel sorry for whoever was on the other end of those phone calls, because he refused to give up when he knew someone was in pain and deserved help.

His example continues to inspire me in my own work today. I often find myself remembering his drive and asking, Why not go the extra mile? Why not listen a few moments longer? That willingness to give more, to serve people in their most vulnerable moments is the greatest lesson he left me.

Rest in peace, Dr. Brazill. Your compassion, conviction, and courage live on in the lives you touched.

Dr. Brazil, I’m so saddened by your passing, but know you’re in a much better place. As. a physician you changed my life. You will be missed and I pray you rest in eternal peace.

Awww I’m so thankful to be able to have known him he was very passionate about taking care of me and handling my situation I will miss him tremendously. Till we see each other again god bless your family in this time of need.

Dr Brazil is an amazing Doctor and truly cared about me as his patient. I attended his Funeral Mass today and it was such a beautiful service. God rest his soul & may he rest in peace. The world lost a great man! God look over his family. I will miss you forever Dr Brazil. Till we meet again sir

Dr Brazill was the best doctor that I have ever been too, he was also my friend too. He helped me through all the pain not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. One day I was very upset and I started to cry and he gave me a hug, I never forgot that, I have never had a doctor do that for me. He was the kindest most gentle person I’ve ever met in my life, I will truly miss him. I pray that Jesus will comfort his family, friends, and his patients.

What a heartbreaking Loss of such a Wonderful Pain Management amoung many other services as Surgeries, Epideral performed, by  Dr John Brazil. Dr. John Brazil has been our Dr for at least 15 years. He has always been very kind, compasinite, understanding our needs with helping to make us as comfotable as possible with our health issues. He spent much time with us as needed at every appt. making sure all our needs were met along with a Special Hug. My Husband and I were very saddened by the passing of our Specialist Dr. Brazil. Dr. Brazill, was the best doctor I ever had.  I came here from the Bay Area 13 years ago & I was apprehensive about finding a new pain doctor. He listened. He had respect for me and my husband. We would talk about his son and wife & he always smiled while doing so.   Very honest.  A man with integrity.  A good man, no longer suffering, but will be genuinely missed. Rest east doc, you earned it.

I have been Dr Brazill's Physician Assistant for over 15years.  I am so proud and so very fortunate to have worked with Dr Brazil for all these years.  He has been an important mentor to me.  Dr Brazill really got to know his patients, and stressed the importance of treating not just the pain in a patient's shoulder, back, neck, or leg.....but the patient as a whole person.  He understood how pain can affect a patient, their ability to function, their family...a patients whole life, and he strived to improve our patient's quality of life.  He was a very skilled Dr-  truly a gift to this community. I want to continue to care for our patients with Dr Brazill's wisdom and caring nature always in my mind.  I am so very grateful for knowing and working alongside Dr John Brazill.  A skilled, kind, caring doctor and a terrific gentleman who will be missed by so many.

I have been a patient of John’s for at least 20 years, and I will greatly miss his kind, quiet and gentle nature. I don’t know how he can be replaced. I was recently in rehabilitation as I was recovering from a coma, and lo and behold, I looked over in the exercise room and there he was working on his own recovery of a lost limb. I will treasure my final time with him, in spite of where it took place. I feel fortunate to have had him as my doctor, and he will be missed by many.

Dr. Brazil helped me immensely, when I had been to so many other doctors who could not help he was the only one that actually took the time to listen and was able to actually help.  If it wasn't for him I don't know where I would be today.  I have been a patient of his for probably close to 20 years.  He went out of his way several times to meet with me even on his days off if I was not able to come to the office.  I truly owe him so much and I'm extremely saddened by his passing.

Dr. Brazil was an excellent doctor that helped me so much.  After my back surgery he sensed something was wrong and ordered an MRI. I had a very bad infection that needed immediate attention. He personally called the infectious disease doctor and made my appointment the next day.  He really cared and it was a privilege to be under his care.  Rest in Peace doctor!!

I know John is no longer in pain for that I am happy, I’m sad because we will never share another conversation and I won’t get the chance to Thank him immensely for relieving so much of my pain over the last decade and a half. He always listened to my concerns and proceeded with the best way forward. What a true heart of gold and a brilliant mind we all have lost. Rest easy now John.

dr John Brazill  saved my life  im not being dramatic he did rfa on me injections  kept me Working as a Heavy Line technician in dealerships in Bakersfield . in Chronic Pain for 15 years  back spine discs destroyed  his care and understanding at 62 im still alive at times i would give up  .  but he gave me some relief  .  he was excellent HUMAN BEING  im so sad he is gone but i know his pain stopped.to his Family i wish you all know he is missed  god bless him thanks .we all have lost a great man

I'm so sorry to hear of Dr Brazill's passing. He was a really good man and a caring wonderful physician. I have been his patient since 2014 and he will be missed greatly. Praying for his family and friends, as well as his dedicated, hardworking staff. This is an immense loss for our entire community.
