Joseph was born in Arizona. He served in the US Army during WWII in Germany. After that he resided in Santa Paula, CA from 1960 to 1982. Then in 1982, he purchased a home in Lamont, CA. On August 14, 2013 he passed away due to his battle with bone cancer. His children and family will miss him. May he rest in peace. Family services will be held.
