Larry Thomas Adams, born on October 5, 1941, passed away on September 16, 2021. Beloved father, grandfather, teacher, and friend. A lifelong teacher, he taught English in Korea during his enlistment in the U.S. Army, at Emerson Junior High School, and Bakersfield High School.
He was predeceased by his wife Ruth Alice Scheer Adams and Daughter Sara Adams Hawley. He is survived by his daughter Helen Ruth Adams Honeycutt, sons Howard, William, and Jeremy; grand and great grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Trinity Anglican Church, 11300 Campus Park Drive in Bakersfield, California. A reception will follow.
