Leobardo M. Garcia was born in Durango, Mexico in 1937. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1961. Upon receiving a call to the Pastoral ministry, he entered the seminary in 1962. He served the Lord from then until his last breath on April 29, 2019. Pastor Garcia received his license to preach in 1969 and ordained in 1970 by The Baptist Temple in San Benito, Texas. As a Pastor, he served the Lord in different cities and churches in Texas before moving to California, where he served for the last 30 years. He was a full-time pastor, preaching, teaching and serving until meeting the Lord in Heaven. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Teofila Garcia, his three children and their spouses: David and Lisa, Omar and Sinia and Azalia and Max, as well as five grandchildren: Bianca, Cristian, Sebastian, Favian and Adrian.

Lo sobreviven su esposa de 55 años, Teófila Garcia, sus tres hijos y cónyuges: David y Lisa, Omar y Sinia, Azalia y Max, así como por sus nietos: Bianca, Cristian, Sebastian, Favian y Adrian.
