My dear aunt Lupe, you were such a beautiful and sweet person. Always so caring for everyone. My mom has lost her loving sister she cared so much for. She will miss talking to you. I will never forget our times we spent with you in Houston. You were always here for us in times of need. You are now with my daddy who also loved you so much.. My god bless you, because he now has a beautiful person in heaven with him. We Love You Tia.

I absolutely love the photos shared here, this is the Gongie I remember so full of life and I especially love the tamale pictures, that is what I remember most, her helping us poor excuse for a bunch of Mexicans, how to make tamales. Of course it didn't help that we drank wine making them cause now I don't remember how. I loved this lady, she was Gongie to everyone. I know you are all hurting at her loss however she is with you in memories and in your heart. Thank God for her and for our time with her. Love you Mrs. Leal
