It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Lydia (Lilly) Lopez, at the age of 84, at her home. she was born on March 13, 1940, in Brawley, California, to her loving parents, Edward and Angela Reza.
Lilly was a devoted wife to Ray Lopez, who she married in 1962. Together they raised five wonderful children and instilled in them the values of love, faith and resilience. Throughout their lives, Lilly and Ray were unwavering in their commitment to their faith, serving as pastors in the Apostolic Assembly. Their journey took them to various states, including Wisconsin, Michigan, and back to California, where they pastored in Dos Palos, Delano, Bakersfield, and Santa Maria. Their path eventually led them to Parker and Tucson, Arizona, where they continued to touch the lives of many with their ministry.

Her hands brought warmth and love to everything she made and her heart was sanctuary for everyone who knew her. She was truly an overcomer, facing life's challenges with grace and determination.
