On behalf of everyone at NAPD we would like to extend our deepest condolence to the Graciano family. Our hearts are with all of you during this difficult time of your loss. I pray that you find the comfort and peace that you need and the strength and faith to move forward. 
Manuel, at NAPD each of us had the great privilege to have the opportunity to know you. You were a stand-up guy and had such strong work ethics which went above and beyond. Manuel, you were not just a mechanic at work.  You were a  handy man a jack of all trades. To many of us a good friend with genuine respect.
You see at NAPD our motto is making a difference daily and Manuel, brother you did just that. By the friend you were to many and the clients in which you served daily. 
The hard work you put into everything you did, day in and day out, you never complained.  
To the numerous vans that were down and you worked  hard until you got them running safely back on the road again.
When Trans was down drivers, you filled in and covered the routes
When you attended to emergencies of vehicle accidents on the road and made sure everyone was safe.
When you and Silso worked for hours at the shop to get the bosses truck running for the Christmas parade.
When our wheelchair van was hit and we thought it was a loss, you worked on it and made it look great. 
And all the side jobs you did to help friends out just because you wanted to.

The great memories at  NAPD and the shop barbeques wont be the same without you Manuel, but you will forever be remembered.

Thank so much  Manuel, you will always be a piece of the puzzle at NAPD and you will be truly missed.

Manuel you were a friend a a co-worker  but it's was fun hanging out as friends but i will miss u and hope all is well with your family and will miss seeing you around work as well to .

Manuel, the short time that we knew each other I can say i have never met anyone with the dedication and caring you had toward everyone in your life. Your life set examples for everyone you touched. You will be missed by everyone that has known you even for a short time, rest in peace brother.

manuel I want to say thank you for getting my bus 88 back on the road . and im sorry I cant say thank you in person, but I know you can hear me. I want to you will be missed around NAPD for ever. I will miss you Manuel SHEILA.
