Maria is survived by her son Louie Hinojosa; her son Fredrick Hinojosa; her son Leonel (Toto) Hinojosa; her daughter Elizabeth Hinojosa; and her daughter Sylvia Hinojosa.
She is survived by her family; Pete Rodriguez, Filiberto Rodriguez, Modesto Rodriguez and Angelica Mascarro.
She also leaves behind, Fifteen Grandchildren; Elisha, Cynthia, Louie Daniel, Krystal, Kristin, Taylor Rose, Zackery, Geronimo, Nicholas, Frankie, Brandon, Christina, Tito, Gina and Tonya. Twenty Two, Great-Grandchildren and Two, Great- Great Grandchildren.
A Viewing for Maria will be held Monday, July 31, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306. A Funeral Mass will occur Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1515 Baker St, Bakersfield, CA 93305. A Graveside Service will will follow at Historic Union Cemetery, 730 Potomac Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93307.
Serving as pallbearers are Louie D. Hinojosa, Ethan Hinojosa, Lito Hinojosa, Alonzo Hinojosa, Geronimo T. Galindo, Geronimo C. Galindo, Nicholas A. Galindo and Brandon Abarca.
