When I had no shoulder to lean on, and my eyes were filled with tears I had my Gram to count on and drive away my fears.
She always encouraged and inspired me to follow all my dreams, she'd tell me that I was not alone cause she was my Team.
Your life was full of loving deeds, forever thoughtful of Our special needs.
TODAY and TOMORROW, my whole life through I will always love and cherish you.
