To my dear friend, so many happy times we shared at Community House. Andy and I was planning Thanksgiving Luncheon on Nov.27th. Yes with your reserved table, with the gang from aging and adults. Now it's your funeral I'll be attending. Your so special to me as you know. I will miss baking your favorite pie ( Lemon Meringue). You loved them so much. My heart goes out to your family and friends, your one hell of a man, your kindness, personality and friendship will be missed.

I too loved this man from the top of his head to the tip of his toes. He was a man of all men and stood tall and proud. I’ve never met another man quite like “Ravashing” Bob as he called himself. He did more for the seniors of Kern County than any other person ever has.! I love him for his wit , his charisma, his giving ways, his thoughtfulness. He controlled the room. He was a wealth of knowledge and I was honored that he chose me to share much of it with. I will forever be grateful that he was a part of my life.

Where to start, I loved this man. But how could you not. Although I was never lucky enough to be part of his “haram” I was lucky enough to be his friend. What a wonderful man who never met a stranger. He pulled a Frank Sinatra and always did it “My Way” even to the end. My thoughts, prayers and love extend to Bob’s family and those friends who became family. God must have needed his help because he’s going to get it like it or not!
