Ronald was born on May 10, 1946, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Howard and Ellener Moser. He was the fifth of eight children and grew up in a large family. He passed away on June 3, 2026, in Bakersfield, California at the age of 80.
Ron dedicated much of his life to hard work. He began his career with Ford in 1963, where he worked until 1994. He then worked as a delivery truck driver from 1994 until 2017, when an injury led to his retirement.
Known affectionately as the "Roller Coaster King," Ron loved the thrill of roller coasters and never missed an opportunity for a ride. Family and friends also knew him as "Mikey" because he was willing to eat just about anything put in front of him. He loved good food, good company, and making memories with those he loved.
Ron enjoyed smoking, watching game shows, action movies, and watching or attending baseball games. He also had a deep love for the Queen of the house, Smokey.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Cynthia; his children, Ronald Jr., Jackie, and Amanda, his 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, and extended family members.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ellener; his son, Reggie and his daughter, Mia.
Ron will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his adventurous spirit, and the laughter he brought into the lives of those around him. Whether riding roller coasters, enjoying a ballgame, watching his favorite shows, he made lasting memories that will be cherished forever.
Though deeply missed, Ron's love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
