Ruben is having a visitation Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel at 9101 Kern Canyon Rd., Bakersfield, California. From 1:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. And a Celebration of Life Friday, July 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Hillcrest Memorial Chapel. A burial will follow in Sunrise Garden where he will be laid to rest next to his niece at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary.
