A funeral service for Serafin will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 1515 Baker Street, Bakersfield, CA 93305. A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306. A burial will occur Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 11:00 PM.
