Sharon Dee Elaine Cummings

Sharon Dee Elaine Cummings, age 47, of Tehachapi, California passed away in her sleep on Friday, December 23, 2022. Two days before Christmas, and a mere day before a much anticipated family baking day that her children were just as excited to attend.

Sharon born March 26, 1975, in Bakersfield, California to parents Fred Price and Zella "Cricket" Pendergrass, and spent her childhood with her older sister Lori and younger brother William. Sharon was a doting mother to Aeriel, Alexandria, Christian, Adrie, Alaina and Curtis Jr. She made sure all of her children were always healthy, happy, and kind. Despite being a helicopter mom at times, she allowed her free spirit to shine through. With six children and two siblings, Sharon had an exceptional family, but on her life's journey she made countless connections that would turn into family that she embraced just as much. She enjoyed spending her time shopping for others and hosting parties, but the majority of it was centered upon her grandchildren and youngest son CJ. When she wasn't loving on baby's she was in the kitchen baking and cooking up a storm, and then of course cleaning up the resulting mess.

Sharon's memorial will be held Friday, January 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, California 93306.
