Wauneta Marie Salberg

She was born June 18, 1940 in Eufaula, Oklahoma. The oldest of three siblings. Brothers Earl and Carl. Parents Francis and Adlee Rule of Oklahoma.

Wauneta attended East Bakersfield High School in Bakersfield, and graduated in 1958.

She worked in clerical and accounting throughout her life. In between those years, blessed with three children Ronald, Deanna, and Lynette.

In 1991, she was married to Richard Salberg in Hawaii! Blessed with 30 long years together, and loved going on Country and Western Cruises in their spare time.

Wauneta loved to host Antique Sales and Estate Sales. When she was not hosting, she loved on her five grandchildren and one great grandson!

Her loving husband Richard survives her, three children Ronald Evans, Deanna Donaldson, and Lynette Keck. Five grandchildren, one great grandson and awaiting the arrival of her great granddaughter and her brother Carl Rule.

Awaiting her in Heaven her parents Francis and Adlee and her brother Earl. What a reunion that must have been!

Wauneta was laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary in Park View Garden. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hilcrest Memorial Chapel.
