Mrs. Betty J. Burman
February 8, 1927 – April 5, 2019
Grandma, Betty J. Burman, Feb. 8, 1927-April 5, 2019, is now in Heaven with the love of her life of more than 52 years, my Grandpa Jack Burman. She is also basking in the glory of seeing my daddy Jim Burman again who passed away Jan. 4, 2000. However, the greatest gift of all is that Grandma is free from pain, and sitting at the feet of Jesus! Grandma was very ill due to diabetes, and although she didn't have any symptoms, she did have Liver and Bladder Cancer. Grandpa went to meet Jesus, June 18, 2012. From that day forward, Grandma's life was forever changed. For as long as I can remember, Grandma and Grandpa did everything together. They enjoyed going to town at least 5 days a week(to eat & shop), and took trips to swap meets in Victorville, and at the Orange Show Fairgrounds in San Bernardino. They always had a fur baby or two or more. Grandma loved animals. Especially Chihuahuas. They would bring home stray dogs and cats that was roaming the neighborhood (her's or your's). Grandma even brought home a rooster that belonged to one of my dad's friends because they couldn't keep it. Grandma has three grandchildren. (Me) Melissa Burman (Walter) and (my) sister Winona Kane, and (my brother) Jim Berman(Michelle). She was Great Grandma Betty to (my son) Rob Gamble and Great Great Grandma Betty to (his daughters) Heaven, Trinity, and Alize (Gamble)of Grants Pass Or. (My sister) Winona Kane (Oshkosh, WI) has six children. Grandma Betty was Great Grandma to Trisha Lynn, Randy Alan, Kevin James Jay, Danny, Rodney and Jessie Ann Marie of Oshkosh, WI. (My brother) Jim Berman has two children, Grandma Betty was Great Great Grandma to India and Jake Berman of New Orleans, LA. Grandma was a homemaker. Between her and grandpa they raised three children. My dad was Grandma's only child. Grandma and Grandpa raised Grandpa's daughters, my Aunt Jaclyn and Aunt Vickie together. They have children and their children have children. However, they were never close to grandma and grandpa. That was always heavy on Grandma's heart. She enjoyed family very much. So much, that one of her greatest joy's was babysitting the neighborhoods children. To this day, as adults, they still call Grandma Betty, "Grandma". Mary(Stark), Jeff(Stark), Joseph(Benedict), Jeffery(Benedict), and Jemma(Stark) held a special place in Grandma's heart. They were her neighbors across the street. However, they were ALWAYS more than that. Grandma loved them very much, and for good reason...They have been wonderful friends/neighbors/who we consider family. To grandma, grandpa, and to I! We truly do love you ALL!

To Betty’s Family. So sorry for your loss. We were neighbors for many years. We shared a love for cats and mourned the loss of our husbands. She will be missed. Love, hugs and prayers. Angie Acosta
