Carlos is survived by his spouse, Melva Ramirez of 47 years; step daughter Bernadette Saavedre; and son Delano Ramirez; brother Ruben Ramirez, sister Rosanne Torrez and brother Joseph Ramirez; granddaughter Brittney, granddaughter Jenna, granddaughter Alicia, grandson Dillion, grandson Ashton, grandson Matthew and grandson Christopher.
