Craig worked at the Harvey House in Barstow as a cook for many years before becoming a long-distance trucker, driving foods and other items all over the country which he truly enjoyed. He was also a very gifted artist.
Today we celebrate the life of Craig Torgeson — a devoted father, loving son, caring brother, and a true friend to so many.
Craig was one of those rare people who could make you laugh, make you feel welcome, and make life brighter just by being around him. He worked hard his entire life to provide for the people he loved, always putting family first and giving his all without complaint.
He was kind, generous, and the type of person who would help anyone in need. Craig loved the outdoors and found joy in camping, fishing, jet skiing, and boating. Some of the best times were spent listening to his funny stories about work, adventures, and the many experiences that made up his remarkable life.
Craig leaves behind memories filled with laughter, love, and respect. He will forever be remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Keep on trucking Craig. Your story lives on in all of us.
