Dianne was born in Pasadena, California, on May 23, 1939, to Thomas and Margaret Penders.
Dianne worked as a school bus driver for Silver Valley School District and Laidlaw Transportation for 20+ years. She was also a member of the committee to de-unify from Barstow School District to create Silver Valley Unified.
While living in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, she and her husband Bob enjoyed boating and fishing. She also loved reading and quilting, making baby quilts for nearly all of her great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Dianne is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Robert Woltman and their son Thomas Robert.
Dianne is survived by her daughters Stephanie Kelly-Cloward, Robyn McMullin and Kim Woltman-Hartel; 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; brothers John Penders of Springvale and Tom Penders of Merced.
A memorial service is planned for April in Newberry Springs
with further details pending. Final resting place will be in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
