

Lillian "Joy" Albritton passed away peacefully on February 18th 2025 at the age of 49. Born on August 3rd 1975 to David and Debra. She was known for the love and dedication to her family and anyone she cared about.
She is survived by her husband Andy, her children Stephany, Donny, Tabatha, and Chad. She has seven grandchildren, Christopher, Addison, Mychelle, Ramona, Anthony, Claudia, Joy, and Joseph. She has an older sister, Renita and two younger brothers, David and Danny. She has many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, all who experienced the love and acceptance from Joy.
Joys' life was characterized by a long lasting dedicated marriage with four kids who were her pride and joy. That pride and joy was felt by her grandchildren as well as extended family and anyone she called her friend. Joy was a pillar to her family, the concrete rock that holds them together, even to this day. She was a value to her career, working for the Victor Valley Transit for nearly 17 years, working hard to make changes for the better and training the best team.
She touched the lives of so many people and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is dancing with her Papa John, Grandma Joy, and mother-in-law Betty in Heaven.
A visitation will take place at Mead Mortuary in the Chapel, February the 26th at 1PM followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2PM. Reception will take place following the service at Knights of Columbus in Barstow from 4PM to 7PM.
