Louise is survived by her spouse, Daniel Mendez; her daughter Vivian Mendez; and her son John Edward Hood.
A visitation for Louise will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. A funeral services will occur Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. A comitial service will occur Thursday, March 2, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Mt View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311.
