Maria "Mary" Barela
On Friday March 3rd, 2023, at 75 years of age, Mary went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was born in Torreon, New Mexico on April 24th, 1947 to Irene Sisneros Segura & Augustin Segura. She had 3 brothers and 3 sisters, all of New Mexico.
She was married in September of 1963 and moved to Barstow where she gave birth to 3 daughters, Virginia Chavez, Elizabeth Milner and Margaret Rodriguez, whom she loved with all her heart. She had 2 son-in-laws, Ruben Rodriguez and Wayne Milner
She had 9 grandchildren, Joel Montiel, Alyshia Chavez, Victoria Mendez, Steven Montiel Jr., Mary Ortega, Daniel Montiel, Paula Rodriguez, Isaac Chavez and Angela Stewart. 15 Great grandchildren and one due to enter the world very soon. She loved everyone so much.
She was an Angel sent from God and she will forever hold a special place in all our hearts.
You will never be forgotten, Our Beautiful Queen!
