Marina Garibay

Marina Garibay 75, was born in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi Mexico. She was a resident of Barstow, CA for 72 years. Marina was a stay at home

mom. She loved to crochet, bake and travel. Marina also had a love for the theatre arts and music. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ventura and Maria P. Jimenez, as well as her sister, Yolanda E. Jimenez. She leaves behind her husband of 46 years Javier Garibay, three children, Jessica M. Garibay, Xavier E. Garibay, Carlos R. Garibay and one grandson Xavier William Elias Garibay. Marina also leaves behind 8 sisters and 1 brother, Grace Armas, Ruben Jimenez, Carmen Gonzalez, Irene Covin, Jenny Jimenez, Rosemary Gonzalez, Patricia Jimenez, Nora Oropeza, Sandra Jimenez-Russell and 60 nieces and nephews. Marina always had a huge smile on her face and had an enormous amount of love for family and friends. She will be truly and deeply missed.
